Majid Pour opened Caffe Bambino after the birth of his baby boy back in 2003. It was always his ambition to own and run a coffee shop and create a place where people could feel at home and be welcome. A place where people could come and relax and be with friends or even possibly discover new ones. He chose Caterham as he thought it represented both the end of the city and the start of the countryside.
Majid has a background in the restaurant and drinks business since 1995 and has run various establishments all over the South East. As well as creating a great atmosphere, he feels that it is imperative that the food and drink are of the highest quality at a price that people can afford. So please feel free to visit us and experience the character of the place that is called Caffe Bambino.
